Premier Lets, which was established in Nottingham in 2001, is NCHA's own letting agency. It acts as sole agent for Nottingham Community Housing Association's 550 rent to homebuy and market rent properties throughout the East Midlands.

Premier Lets also acts as agent for landlords in Nottingham and other locations in the East Midlands.
