- Identifying, interviewing and full credit reference search on any prospective tenants
- Free advertising on www.rightmove.co.uk
- Preparation of the tenancy agreement
- Hold tenant deposit in line with deposit protection legislation
Our Standard Management package incorporates the Let Only package and the following services:
- Collection of rent
- Periodic inspections, normally carried out quarterly
- Liaise with tenants on behalf of the landlord
- Payment of outgoings if required
- Preparation of an inventory and Schedule of Conditions
- Hold tenant deposit in line with deposit protection legislation
