If you wish to apply for a property through Premier Lets, you will be required to complete an application form and pay a non-refundable £135 administration fee. Your application will then undergo a full referencing process, including credit checks. If you are unable to pass a credit check, we are happy to accept a guarantor on your behalf for no extra fee.
Once your application has been passed, you will be required to sign a six month fixed term Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement. This tenancy can be ended at any point with one months notice in writing following the initial term.
